Conception flexible du conduit d’évacuation

As displayed in the image, the steam turbine is connected to the air cooler via a discharge duct with one inlet and three outlets. The main size of the pipe is 2800 mm, the length is 60 meters and the height is 22 meters. The inlet pipe is a non-circular duct.

CARSAR II is mainly used for the simulations of round pipes, but it does not excel at handling non-circular pipes. Provided that the piping system has a low level of complexity, we chose to use Ansys or Abaqus to run the simulations.
